Return Policy

If something is not right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the invoice.

Phones, laptops and cameras must be returned with the seal and serial numbers intact. Products damaged by misuse are not eligible.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will arrange a pickup.
